ProteanArt is led by Debbie and John Todd and is part of an artistic community at Woodings Yard, Stafford, UK.
It delivers creative and educational workshop activities, running a wide variety of workshop programmes to suit many interests and disciplines.
We offer inspirational resources and teaching in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere and want all participants to enjoy being creative and grow in their appreciation of the visual world around them.
ProteanArt also create bespoke art installations to change large spaces and make them more exciting to be in.
On tour - We deliver participatory educational workshops, build art installations and work with schools, hospitals and businesses.
Art kits - since lockdown ProteanArt has continued it’s mission to ‘encourage creativity’ by producing a series of art kits to “take-away” and make at home. Each kits includes carefully written instructions, materials and inspiration to enable you to create something original and bespoke. The art kits also make great thoughtful gifts.
Accessibility to Woodings Yard studios
There is no parking in Woodings Yard, but there is a disability parking space available by appointment. The ProteanArt studio has wheelchair access and the studios have a downstairs unisex toilet that is wheelchair accessible. If you have any specific needs you would like to discuss, please don’t hesitate to get in touch and we’ll make adjustments where possible.
