Our ‘3D metal flowers’ workshop is a lovely way to spend some quality time being creative and make something gorgeous to add to your home.
These blooms make a thoughtful gift, or a little treat for yourself. They also make a great workshop to do with friends, perfect for a hen party or birthday party, where the flowers could be adapted into Flower crowns, corsages or bouquets.
Each flower you make, made from recycled drink cans, will be unique
You will learn how to embellish the metal surfaces with drawing, punching and sanding. We will also show you how to use a jewellery making tool called a ‘dapping block’ to make your flowers dome into beautiful 3D blooms. Each flower you make will be very individual.
All flower shapes will be pre-punched from a great variety of coloured drinks cans to give you lots of colour options to choose from.
All materials will be provided, drinks can metal shapes, wire and beads, allowing you to make as many blooms as time allows.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
This is suitable for beginners, no experience necessary.
All workshops need to be booked in advance and payment will be taken at the time of booking.
There is no parking at Woodings Yard but all-day parking is available near our premises.
Tescoes supermarket is only a 5-minute walk away and offers 3 hours of free parking.
If disability parking is required please contact us. Limited parking available onsite - subject to strict availability on the day. Ownership and display of a valid blue badge is essential to qualify.
HEALTH & SAFETY:
Please do not wear open-toe shoes. Sharp tools may be used throughout the workshop. Health and safety information will be provided prior to the session.
