The Creative Collage workshop is a great opportunity to start or continue to explore with collage. You can create beautiful pieces of art, or use the workshop to develop pages in a sketchbook or journal.

This workshop can be used to create a series of seasonal cards or art piece.

The emphasis will be on exploring and creating a personal response with opportunity to develop ideas and play with materials.

We will create our collages together stage by stage , with as much guidance or freedom as you need.

Looking at :

1. Background ideas

2. Adding drawn or found imagery.

3. Applying final details.

All materials will be supplied, however to maximise your experience if you would like to bring any found ephemera e.g old stamps, tickets, anything at all you find personally interesting that you could incorporate please do.

Beginners and competent artists are very welcome and excellent tuition in an inspiring and immersive environment will provide a fun and productive experience.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: 

All workshops need to be booked in advance and payment will be taken at the time of booking.

Parking is not available at Woodings Yard Studios, but there is free 3 hour parking available at the nearby Tescoes.

All day parking is available near our premises.

If disability parking is required please contact us. Limited parking available on site - subject to strict availability on the day. Ownership and display of a valid blue badge is essential to qualify.

HEALTH & SAFETY: 

Sharp tools may be used throughout the workshop. Health and safety information will be provided prior to the session.
