Create a lovely and unique stitched mixed media brooch. This workshop is an opportunity to make some “me” time, to develop a sense of wellbeing through being creative. You can meet new people and relax whilst being creative with stitch.

When complete you will have a unique piece of jeweller which can also be added to a card and given as a gift.

You will learn simple hand stitching techniques and there will also be a sewing machine available to use.

All materials will be provided, including a stash of coloured fabric pieces, buttons, paper ephemera and haberdashery to add your designs. You are very welcome to bring in your own bits and pieces to personalise your work.

This workshop is suitable for the absolute beginner, no special embroidery skills required. Alternatively there will be enough scope to allow the serious stitcher to get creative.

This workshop is suitable for ages 11yrs and above.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: 

All workshops need to be booked in advance and payment will be taken at the time of booking.

Once you have booked on you will recieve an email closer to the workshop date confirming your booking and with workshop details.

There is no parking in Woodings Yard, but the Waterfront carpark has all-day parking.

All day parking is available near our premises.
