Our Arts for Health and Wellbeing classes are designed to help you overcome anxiety through developing art skills in a relaxed, non-threatening, and friendly space.

‘It’s joyful, it’s mindful, it’s productive, it’s for you.’

These classes are open to anyone who is interested in art and how it can be used as a tool for wellbeing and relaxation.

It doesn't matter how creative you think you are, whether a complete beginner or competent artist,  the aim of the session is to contribute to wellbeing through the action of art, rather than looking at your artistic ability. Come as you are and be confident!

Each session there will be an optional theme that you can follow.

All materials will be supplied, but you are also welcome to bring your own sketchbook or favourite pens, collage materials etc. to help make your artwork more personal.
